These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Redose ("Redose", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Redose mobile apps, website, and related services, content, features, and tools (together, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, creating an account, subscribing to, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service and delete your account.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter this agreement, are not barred from using the Service under applicable law, and will comply with all applicable laws. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law.
1. Not medical advice
This is the most important part of these Terms. Redose is an informational, educational, tracking, and organization tool only. No feature, output, calculation, estimate, chart, reminder, report, or AI response constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, clinical guidance, or dosing instructions. You acknowledge that Redose:
- does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition;
- does not recommend substances, doses, schedules, protocols, or injection techniques;
- does not sell, distribute, prescribe, compound, or recommend the purchase of any peptide, medication, or supplement;
- does not verify the safety, legality, authenticity, purity, identity, strength, labeling, storage, or source of any substance you log or reference.
You are solely responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before making any health, medication, peptide, nutrition, or fitness decision. Use of the Service is at your own risk. Using the Service creates no physician-patient, pharmacist-patient, or other professional relationship. Redose is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate. The Service is not designed for emergencies; if you may be experiencing one, call your local emergency services immediately.
2. Your responsibility, jurisdiction, and assumption of risk
You are solely responsible for any substances you research, possess, administer, purchase, import, store, or track; the accuracy of all data you enter; how you interpret or act on anything the Service displays; and compliance with all laws in your jurisdiction. Laws governing peptides, medications, research compounds, and supplements vary by country, state, and locality, and it is your responsibility to understand and comply with them. References to any substance in the Service are for informational and organizational purposes only and are not endorsements, recommendations, or representations of legality or safety.
You acknowledge that researching, tracking, possessing, administering, or using such substances may involve known and unknown risks, including side effects, adverse or allergic reactions, incorrect dose or administration, contamination or counterfeit products, interactions, infection, injury, and other risks. You assume full responsibility for all decisions and outcomes related to information obtained through the Service.
3. Connectivity, devices, and notifications
Some features require an internet connection, device permissions, cloud or third-party services, app-store access, and a compatible device and operating system, which are your responsibility to obtain and maintain, along with any data or carrier charges. Reminders, alerts, and notifications are convenience features only and may be delayed, missed, duplicated, or fail to deliver due to device settings, operating-system behavior, permissions, connectivity, Focus or Do Not Disturb modes, or third-party outages. Do not rely on Redose reminders or notifications for medical, dosing, or safety-critical decisions.
4. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose; facilitate the illegal purchase, sale, importation, or distribution of any substance; submit false or unlawful data, or content or photos you lack rights to; submit another person's information without consent; harass, exploit, or impersonate others; reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or create derivative works of the Service; use bots or automated tools; attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or network; circumvent paywalls or security controls; upload malware; misuse any AI feature to generate unlawful or unsafe content; or violate any law or app-store rule. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms.
5. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the confidentiality of your credentials, all activity under your account, enabling device and biometric locks, and notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use. Redose is not liable for loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials, device, or account. Modifying your device's operating system (for example, jailbreaking or rooting) may compromise the Service's functionality and security, and we disclaim responsibility for issues resulting from such modifications.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on or integrates with third-party services, which may include cloud infrastructure and hosting providers, AI providers for optional features, the Apple App Store and Google Play for billing, Apple Health and Health Connect for optional health sync, and website analytics. Each is governed by its own terms and policies. Redose is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, outages, pricing, data handling, or availability of any third-party service, which may change or be discontinued at any time.
7. Feature-specific disclaimers
In addition to the general medical disclaimer, the following apply:
- Calculators. The reconstitution, dose-to-units, BAC water, and half-life calculators return mathematical outputs based solely on the values you enter. They are not medical advice or dosing instructions, do not verify your inputs, and may be wrong if your inputs are inaccurate. You are responsible for independently verifying every result and consulting a professional before acting on it.
- Injection-site tracking. The body map and rotation indicators are organizational tools only and do not provide guidance on technique, site selection, sterility, or safety.
- Side-effect and symptom logs. These are user-entered records only; the Service does not interpret, diagnose, or warn you of conditions. The presence or absence of a logged symptom does not indicate the presence or absence of any condition.
- Nutrition, calories, macros, and hydration. Goals and estimates are based on inputs you provide and are not dietary or treatment prescriptions. Any food, meal-scan, or photo-based estimate may be inaccurate and is not a substitute for food labels, professional assessment, or allergen warnings.
- Inventory. Entries reflect only what you enter; the Service does not verify the contents, source, identity, legality, purity, or labeling of any product.
- Medication-level / half-life estimates. These use general published or estimated data and your inputs, are not clinically verified or personalized, and must not be used for dosing, timing, or safety decisions.
- Reports and exports. PDFs and exports are generated from your inputs; you are responsible for their accuracy and for any decision made by you or any recipient based on them.
- AI features. Any AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsafe and may not reflect current medical standards or your individual circumstances. Independently verify any information before relying on it.
8. Subscriptions and billing
Some features may be free and others may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms; the price and terms shown at checkout control. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your Apple or Google account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We may change pricing, features, or trial availability, with notice where required; if you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.
9. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (photos, tracking data, notes, reports, and other inputs, "User Content"). You grant Redose a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, process, display, and modify your User Content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy, including the right to use de-identified or aggregated derivatives. This license survives termination with respect to content already shared, de-identified or aggregated derivatives, backups retained per our practices, and content retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. You represent that you own or have the rights to your User Content and have obtained consent from anyone whose information or image you submit. We may remove content that we believe violates these Terms, the law, or third-party rights.
10. Changes, updates, and feedback
We may modify, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law, and some features may require you to install updates. We are not responsible for loss resulting from suspension, discontinuation, app-store removal, or third-party issues. If you submit ideas, suggestions, or other feedback, we may use them freely without obligation or compensation to you, and you waive any rights in such feedback to the extent permitted by law.
11. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, interface, content, trademarks, and related intellectual property, is owned by Redose or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
12. Business transfers
If Redose, the Service, or substantially all of our assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or change of control, your account, User Content, subscription information, and other data may be transferred to the acquiring or successor entity as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. If the successor materially changes how personal information or consumer health data is processed, it will provide notice and obtain any consent or opt-out required by law before those practices begin.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate, that outputs, estimates, or content will be correct or suitable for you, or that defects will be corrected. We make no representation about the safety, legality, efficacy, purity, or source of any substance referenced or tracked in the Service, and we do not guarantee any health, fitness, or weight outcome.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDOSE AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO your use of or inability to use the Service; any health outcome, injury, adverse effect, overdose, underdose, improper administration, infection, or death; any substance you research, possess, administer, or use; reliance on any feature, estimate, calculation, reminder, report, or AI response; loss of data or access; missed or inaccurate notifications; inaccuracies in integrated health or device data; your User Content; or the acts or outages of any third-party provider. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). Any claim must be brought within one year of when it arose. These limitations are a fundamental basis of the agreement.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Redose and its officers, members, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right, your User Content, or any health-related decision or outcome connected to your use of the Service. We may assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate.
16. Dispute resolution; arbitration; class-action waiver
Please read this section carefully; it affects your legal rights. Before starting any proceeding, you agree to email us at calfiz@calfiz.com and allow 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. If unresolved, you and Redose agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service through binding individual arbitration, except where prohibited by law. All claims must be brought individually, and you and Redose each waive any right to participate in a class, collective, mass, or representative action, and waive any right to a jury trial for disputes not subject to arbitration. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing calfiz@calfiz.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms with your name, account email, and a clear statement that you opt out; opting out does not affect the rest of these Terms. Either party may still bring a claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property misuse or unauthorized access. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim proceeds in court on an individual basis.
17. Apple App Store terms
If you obtain the app through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Redose only, not Apple; Redose, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app; the app is licensed (not sold) for use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Media Services terms; Apple has no obligation to provide support; in the event of a warranty failure you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any), and Apple has no further warranty obligation; Redose is responsible for product-liability, regulatory, and consumer-protection claims and for any third-party intellectual-property claim relating to the app; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
18. Google Play terms
If you obtain the app through Google Play, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Redose only, not Google; Google is not responsible for the app; your use may also be subject to Google Play's terms and billing rules; and Redose is not responsible for Google Play billing decisions, refunds, or store restrictions.
19. Export control and sanctions
You may not use the Service if you are located in an embargoed country, are on a U.S. government restricted-party list, or if your use would violate applicable export-control or sanctions laws, and you agree to comply with all such laws.
20. Force majeure
Redose is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, power or internet outages, cloud or app-store outages, AI-provider outages, or carrier or infrastructure failures.
21. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms or the law, your use creates risk, or providing the Service is no longer feasible. On termination your right to use the Service ends and you must stop using it; we may delete or retain data per our Privacy Policy and legal obligations; and any subscription must be canceled through Apple or Google. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, user content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, and governing law) will survive.
22. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect and that provision is modified to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them, including in a business transfer. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Redose operates (currently the United States), without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any action not subject to arbitration will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Redose regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements.
